§1 Definitions
The terms used in these Regulations mean:

  1. Seller / Store – Anna Bielecka running a business under the name: Moon Anna Bielecka, registered at ul. Na Okrzeszyńcu 21, 44-218 Rybnik, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, NIP: 642-284-93-24

  4. Main phone number: +48 697639800 (fee as for a standard call – according to the price list of the relevant operator).
  5. Buyer / Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity and running a business or professional activity on its own behalf, concluding a Sales Agreement with the Seller or a natural person not conducting non-agricultural business activity (also called a consumer), concluding a Agreement with the Seller sales not related directly to the business or professional activity of the above-mentioned a natural person.
  6. Product / Goods – the service of producing by the Seller, upon the Customer’s individual order, a non-prefabricated item, specified by the Buyer in the Order placed by him or closely related to his person, being the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
  7. Store / Website / System – website enabling the purchase of Products offered by the Seller.
  8. Printing house employees / Customer service / Service support – persons employed in the owner’s company who have access to Orders, Order history, Files and Customer’s contact details for the proper course of the Order.
  9. Party – the Seller or the Buyer.
  10. Order – Customer’s declaration of intent aimed directly at the conclusion of the Goods Sale Agreement and specifying its essential terms.
  11. Order parameters / Product parameters – detailed product features.
  12. Specification – recommended standards defined and adopted by the Moon company regarding:
    Pre-Press (including the recommended parameters of Graphic Designs sent by the Customer as part of the Order, the process of their processing – RIP); Press – color and monochrome printing processes; Post-Press – finishing the Product based on the Order.
  13. Design / File – a graphic file sent via the STORE by the Buyer for Moon Anna Bielecka to make the Goods on the basis of the Order.
  14. Project fee – it is an additionally paid service of creating a graphic file by the Seller on the Buyer’s Order – in the absence of its own project.
